I gave a idea, to do a event for the 14th July and he had accept !

From Wednesday during two week, I will work about this projet,
Where I will do search, canvassing, financial plan, organizational plan,
Like a manager !!

I will be allow, just he will come to help me for the financial parts.

Obligation 4

Good evening everyone,

Today, it's my last obligation about a free subject,
That be 3 day that I search what I can say during this article.
I sought and I sought ..
And I had a idea to speak about how I see my futur,
because I have many idea but I don't know each direction the life going to want me to take.

but here are the difference ways that I have:

I. Continued my study in Master

Effectively,  I found a master in Bordeaux who is, for me, very interesting.
The name of this master is MEMSE ( Master Européen en Management et Stratégie d'Entreprise".
Why this formation you say me ?

Because my actual school, EGC du Maine, teach me how manage a small or medium company in general.
And I would like proceed my learning with the big and very big company where they need a long term vision, I like to do this, consider every option and resolve different problem.
If it's possible I would like do an alternation, because I need to begin to work for have many experience for find a job more later.
With this Master I can do it, because the curriculum is for this.

I would like propose a project with my bosses for develop the company anywhere in the world,
I know I will meet many different problem, especially with the language because, I know, I'm very bad for all that is the language, but if I cannot practice I cannot learn.
My project will be create during 1 or 2 years many branch of the company in different english country, like England, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa for have a big impact in the world.
The objective is to create a company in each country, stay in this country for help the development of the brand and in same time take many personal experience it self personal or professional.

III. Take one free year

I last will be to travel in motocycle during 1 year anywhere in the old continent.
If I could, I would see many different asian country, and many east Europe country.
I know sometime I will need to work for receive money, but work in the farm is easy for one or two day.

Here are all my idea for the moment, but I'm an opportunistic.
If I will have a better proposition or an other solution I take this one.


My objective in the life:

For this one, I have two different objective,

The first one is to be general manger or CEO for a company, anywhere in France or in the world, I don't have a particular sector of activity.
Why I don't choose a sector ? Because for me, when you gravitas in hight chain management it's very similar. I know something, I want to take a great place in a big company, not in small or medium company.
For sure, one of my motivation for this place is the money, but in same time if I can develop the company, the employe inside the company, and create the most better atmosphere of work I do it.
For me, now a good company is a company where you only one big unity without abandon someone.
My ideal is to created a wonderful world with motivation of hard work and things made good.

For the seconde, 

It's to created my company, develop this last, in the tourism sector.
Maybe in south east asia, because I feel in love of one country, Laos, and If I can help this poor country for development, I will go !
My company would be respectful of the culture, the religion, the style life of the country.
It is for us to adapt to the environment in which it operates and not the reverse.
This is the key of the success for me when you develop your activities in foreign country.

The Egyptian army was created in 1820, it has 920 000 active military in his army.

Good morning, 

I'm sorry for the late of my publication, I'm so tired when I come back in my room the night that was difficult to write something, but today it's my day off and I will have the time to write.

This article is a obligation of my business school with particular point,

I would like talk about the Egyptian Culture.

In the first part, I talk about the general culture, And in the second parts I talk about the business culture. 

I. General

The egyptian society is difficult at describe, 

It's a mixte between the old Egyptian culture and the occidental culture, adding religion. 

They are very proud of their old culture.

The Egyptian are very warm and friendly when you came in Egypte. 

They are very social, and anywhere if you need help ( same if he speak just some english word) they try to help you. 

For me I think the Egyptian people are very shopkeepers.

Tradition:

The religious fest follow the arabic calendar, and not the gregorian calendar, this last is more short.

The Egyptian are practitioners.

In the tradition you can discovers the Egyptian and all of these spicy, the wear who are created with the Egyptian coton, all the product handicraft,  many different jewelry.

If you come in Egypt for business you need to know few point:

1. Keeping classic clothing for an appointment
2. You cannot be late, but a Egyptian can be late but he excused
3. Accept the corporal contact, but not ever made the first move
4. Take your times, the Egyptian like to speak about you and your family 
5. Let the Egyptian speak of the business
6. Express your feeling, the Egyptian are sensitive to it
7. but no dramatized your feeling
8. Be attentive and they will listen too 
9. Have quick and short eyes contact

Caution at few point, when a Egyptian speak:

• They switch the "P" and the "B", they call that the little "b" and the big "b". It's very important because you can understand other words
• They roll the letter "R" it's very difficult sometimes
• They use many french words what you don't use in English

Today, i would like talk about visa for come in Egypt.

For prepared your travel in Egypt you to check some point:


For tourist:

1. Your passport must be validated for six months after your departure
2. If you stay more 1 month you need to do a VIH test

You can take your visa directly at the airport for a actual price of 15€ in Cairo, it's more cheap that in France.

For student:

1. Your passport must be validated for six months after your departure
2. To do your visa in consulat Egyptian, you need to bring with you 3 photo, a copy of your passport, your passport, 59€ in cash, and your agreement with signature.

One thing who is important, resident trainees in Egypt for less than a year are exempted from work permit.

I'm receptionist for one month, and I learn different thing, like:

• General front desk orientation
• How to start the shift 
• Log book and hand over, I use the software Opera for this
• Request report
• Key card system, we use this system for the check in and when the guest for him key inside her room
• Up selling system
• Email collection, generally we receipt the rapport of the night shift and the confirmation of reservation for the guest who are book by internet
• Check in process
• Check out process, I don't practice this process because you need to manipulate the money, many money and didn't want to touch at this.
