Guest relation

Hi, 

I would like talk about of one of my last job. 

That was guest relation, the mission of this job is to improve the stay of guest.

My mission:

• Daily report
• Guest birthday, I did check the birthday of the guest for send a birthday cake if it was his birthday
• Vip category, I learned difference type of guest. In my company you have 3 type of VIP who are: VIP1, 2 and 3.
• Courtesy calls
• Room inspection only for the VIP
• Daily replenish
• Group orientation
• Guest escorting
• VIP rooms allocation
• Maintenance request follow up
• Ameneties request, because you have different amenities by your type of guest
