From Wednesday during two week, I will work about this projet,

Obligation 4

Good evening everyone,

Today, it's my last obligation about a free subject,
That be 3 day that I search what I can say during this article.
I sought and I sought ..
And I had a idea to speak about how I see my futur,
because I have many idea but I don't know each direction the life going to want me to take.

I. Continued my study in Master

Effectively,  I found a master in Bordeaux who is, for me, very interesting.
The name of this master is MEMSE ( Master Européen en Management et Stratégie d'Entreprise".
Why this formation you say me ?

Because my actual school, EGC du Maine, teach me how manage a small or medium company in general.
And I would like proceed my learning with the big and very big company where they need a long term vision, I like to do this, consider every option and resolve different problem.
If it's possible I would like do an alternation, because I need to begin to work for have many experience for find a job more later.
With this Master I can do it, because the curriculum is for this.

I would like propose a project with my bosses for develop the company anywhere in the world,
I know I will meet many different problem, especially with the language because, I know, I'm very bad for all that is the language, but if I cannot practice I cannot learn.
My project will be create during 1 or 2 years many branch of the company in different english country, like England, USA, Canada, Australia, South Africa for have a big impact in the world.
The objective is to create a company in each country, stay in this country for help the development of the brand and in same time take many personal experience it self personal or professional.

III. Take one free year

I last will be to travel in motocycle during 1 year anywhere in the old continent.
If I could, I would see many different asian country, and many east Europe country.
I know sometime I will need to work for receive money, but work in the farm is easy for one or two day.

Here are all my idea for the moment, but I'm an opportunistic.
If I will have a better proposition or an other solution I take this one.


My objective in the life:

For this one, I have two different objective,

The first one is to be general manger or CEO for a company, anywhere in France or in the world, I don't have a particular sector of activity.
Why I don't choose a sector ? Because for me, when you gravitas in hight chain management it's very similar. I know something, I want to take a great place in a big company, not in small or medium company.
For sure, one of my motivation for this place is the money, but in same time if I can develop the company, the employe inside the company, and create the most better atmosphere of work I do it.
For me, now a good company is a company where you only one big unity without abandon someone.
My ideal is to created a wonderful world with motivation of hard work and things made good.

For the seconde, 

It's to created my company, develop this last, in the tourism sector.
Maybe in south east asia, because I feel in love of one country, Laos, and If I can help this poor country for development, I will go !
My company would be respectful of the culture, the religion, the style life of the country.
It is for us to adapt to the environment in which it operates and not the reverse.
This is the key of the success for me when you develop your activities in foreign country.

The Egyptian army was created in 1820, it has 920 000 active military in his army.

I'm sorry for the late of my publication, I'm so tired when I come back in my room the night that was difficult to write something, but today it's my day off and I will have the time to write.

This article is a obligation of my business school with particular point,

I would like talk about the Egyptian Culture.

In the first part, I talk about the general culture, And in the second parts I talk about the business culture. 

I. General

The egyptian society is difficult at describe, 

It's a mixte between the old Egyptian culture and the occidental culture, adding religion. 

They are very proud of their old culture.

The Egyptian are very warm and friendly when you came in Egypte. 

They are very social, and anywhere if you need help ( same if he speak just some english word) they try to help you. 

For me I think the Egyptian people are very shopkeepers.

Tradition:

The religious fest follow the arabic calendar, and not the gregorian calendar, this last is more short.

The Egyptian are practitioners.

In the tradition you can discovers the Egyptian and all of these spicy, the wear who are created with the Egyptian coton, all the product handicraft,  many different jewelry.

1. Keeping classic clothing for an appointment
2. You cannot be late, but a Egyptian can be late but he excused
3. Accept the corporal contact, but not ever made the first move
4. Take your times, the Egyptian like to speak about you and your family 
5. Let the Egyptian speak of the business
6. Express your feeling, the Egyptian are sensitive to it
7. but no dramatized your feeling
8. Be attentive and they will listen too 
9. Have quick and short eyes contact

Caution at few point, when a Egyptian speak:

• They switch the "P" and the "B", they call that the little "b" and the big "b". It's very important because you can understand other words
• They roll the letter "R" it's very difficult sometimes
• They use many french words what you don't use in English

Today, i would like talk about visa for come in Egypt.

For prepared your travel in Egypt you to check some point:


For tourist:

1. Your passport must be validated for six months after your departure
2. If you stay more 1 month you need to do a VIH test

You can take your visa directly at the airport for a actual price of 15€ in Cairo, it's more cheap that in France.

For student:

1. Your passport must be validated for six months after your departure
2. To do your visa in consulat Egyptian, you need to bring with you 3 photo, a copy of your passport, your passport, 59€ in cash, and your agreement with signature.

One thing who is important, resident trainees in Egypt for less than a year are exempted from work permit.

I would like talk about of my actual job,
I'm receptionist for one month, and I learn different thing, like:

• General front desk orientation
• How to start the shift 
• Log book and hand over, I use the software Opera for this
• Request report
• Key card system, we use this system for the check in and when the guest for him key inside her room
• Up selling system
• Email collection, generally we receipt the rapport of the night shift and the confirmation of reservation for the guest who are book by internet
• Check in process
• Check out process, I don't practice this process because you need to manipulate the money, many money and didn't want to touch at this.

Today, I talk about the different cultural and social aspect.

The Egyptians are always happy to hear compliments on the beauty of their country. To make good impression with the first contact with an Egyptian speech theirs of a subject which they know. The Egyptians appreciate humour and be not astonished, if your interlocutor says one or two jokes. 

The Egyptians in general are worried by the personal distance than are to it Europeans and they tend to approach more their interlocutors during a conversation. 

A preserving clothing is generally the standard. 

However, you will not have to astonish you to see employees dressed in a way more relaxed in certain services; the reason is that they are badly remunerated and that their wages do not enable them to spend much to get dressed. 

On the other hand, the Egyptians expect that the expatriates carry equipped behaviours. Always call your colleagues by their first name and during official meetings. 

As regards punctuality, people have a very elastic notion of time and the road traffic does not facilitate the things. 

Most of the time, the decisions are made by the person moreover high ranking. 

  Most Egyptians do not show bias in working environment towards the men or the women, whatever their religion or their ethnic group.

Conciergerie

Good evening,

Today would like talk about my new job for this week.
Since saturday, I'm concierge and here is my different task:

• Daily report
• Luggage handling
• Room escorting
• shuttle bus
• Rooming
• Concierge activities for the individual guest

The concierge is very different of the business center, because when you are concierge you give the information, you help the guests for her satisfaction.

And I am a lucky man because my mentor for the conciergerie is member of "Les clefs d'ors" who are elites of concierges anywhere in the world. He know Cairo very well and he can find all what you want !

Egyptian Museum & information

Yesterday I went in the Egyptian museum.

And I give you something information for go and the places around the museum.

For went in the museum, I used the subway ...

Never take the subway if you are tourist, preferred the taxi who is very cheap if you know the price of the course. Or if you don't know the price ask at the driver to put the kilometer after the concierge can help you for this information.

When I talk to you the price for enter in the museum is to 75 E.P (whether 7,5€) for the tourist. 

That is very expensive, especially that you don't take a photo inside the museum expect if you paid 50 E.P ....

The museum is very interesting, you can discover all old Egyptian periods. 

For me, the both interesting thing inside the museum are the two large statues and the funeral mask of  Tutankamun who is very magnificent.

Around the museum you can find all accommodation because you're in the city downtown, but caution at one thing if you go the Friday thall restaurant or accommodation are close from 11H00 at 14H00 because that is the priest moment for all muslin in Egypt.

EGC obligation

It is now two week than I'm in Egypt,
And for this reason I must write a article on my impression about the city and the country.

Concerning the country,
For that is a beautiful country where the people are very friendly with you, anywhere where you go.
When I go in the tourist places all people speak in english, they don't the choice because you many tourist same at this period of the year.
This country is beautiful as much for the landscape as for her people who are incredible generosity.
It's a special atmosphere, and same the people can be poor they keep all time the smile.
For sure, there is much to do again, but if he has one thing we can not remove at egyptian it's her culture, her generosity, and her hospitality.
I don't want to do a wikipedia description of this country, I think you have wikipedia, but I would like say you one thing. Stop to judge a country without to go in this country, since where I'm here I realized than the media diffuse information who are sometimes false.
It's not a dangerous country like think many different persons, the life is different, true, but isn't because the country is different than which can store it in a certain category.
For me, I'm better receive here in Egypt by any person than in France.

Concerning the city,
Cairo is the capital in Egypt with 9 billion of resident, It's the center economic, cultural, politic and social in Egypt.
I cannot speak of the Cairo in general, because I live in a safe district near of the department of the defense, in front of the hotel, and that the district the most expensive in Cairo where all rich persons live.
The discreet where I live is little but I have all I want like coffee, supermarket, restaurant.
All the street around the hotel are clean and you don't have any problem.
After, I work 48hour by week and It's difficult for me to explain my impression on the city.
I try to do this after maybe 4 days off, but for the moment I don't want judge a city without visited this one.

New job for this week

Some information on Egypt

Good evening,

Today I would talk about the country where I doing my internship.
All this information are available on internet but it's my blog and I do what I want ;)

The country: Egypt, a very beautiful country.

The capital: Cairo, where I live in this moment, more precisely in Heliopolis who is the most safe district because you have the president and the ministry of defense too.

The language: Arabic but during my internship I practice the english because I'm in hotel 5 stars.

The government: It's a unitary semi-presidential republic, the actual president Abdel Fattah El-Sisi is a oldest member of the army but after the request of the population he had take the fonction of president.

The population: You have 90 billion of  person who live in Egypt whose 9 billion in Cairo.

The religion: 95% of the population are Muslin and the other 5% are Cop.

I'm little bit tired this evening and I would just write a little article on the country where I live in this moment.
I think the next will speak of the hotel where I do my internship.

Egyptian money and rule

Hi, I'm come back !

Today, I would like to speak of the money and the change in Egypt.

In first time you DON'T change your money in the street, never, because many personne will try to have you.
The Misr Bank is the most popular bank in Egypte, you can go inside for change your money and don't forget to ask a receive.

In second time, when you change your money you obtain Egyptian Pound.
With 1 euro you obtain 10 Egyptian pound, for have a landmarks the average salary where I work is to 800 EP minimum by month.
He don't have minimum salary in Egypt, it's the company who fix the salary.
For rent a great apartment in Cairo you need to pay a minimum 1300 EP (130€).

For finish, the life cost in Egypt is very cheap. I think at publish a article about the different price in Egypt.

My first three days

Today, that did three what I work in the back office,
I meet different who was fantastic, and who was ready for help me during my Internship.
The most hard at begin it to understand when they speak because they have a particular accent.
But they speak very well, a little fast but well.

I learn many thing on the job of operator.
The mission of the back operator are:

- Answer at all call intern or extern.
- Transfer the call at the good department.
- They wake up the guest the morning.
- Manage the fire alarm.

My mission with her:

- How to handle wake up call.
- How to handle failed wake up call.
- How to handle DND sign.
- How to announce a call.
- How to forward a call.
- How to handle no info.
- How to receive and transfer a call.

For the moment I work to 10AM at 18PM for change of chief.
That is very interesting and it's a important job in the hotel.

I hope what my publication was good for you,

Arrived

Arrived in Egypt !!!

Today I'm arrived in Egypt for my internship of 4 month.
That's very different of the France.
Just by exemple when I arrived I had a person for look after after me, with little board at the exit of the Airport.
I don't speak of the Cairo circulation, when you have two way, for her you have 4 or 5 way...
And after I'm arrived at the hotel, and I was treaty as guest !!!
